In a single 90-minute visit with one of our highly skilled doctors, you will undergo comprehensive testing, followed by a detailed report and a further consultation, either in-person or remotely, to review your results.
Our GPs will discuss your family medical history, address any ongoing concerns, and perform a resting electrocardiogram (ECG) to assess your heart health. This examination covers everything from a head-to-toe physical assessment, medical history review, and lifestyle evaluation, detailed blood testing and diagnostic imaging.

Unlike routine GP appointments, your Well-Man Check is not limited in time or scope and remains entirely private, with no record on your NHS medical history. Should any issues arise, we will refer you to a dedicated specialist for expert care and advice.
You can schedule a Well-Man Examination at your convenience, regardless of whether you are experiencing symptoms. Our intelligently designed health check packages provide a detailed insight into your health, highlighting any deficiencies or imbalances. If any concerns are identified, our doctors are equipped with the expertise to provide the best medical advice and care.
For an accurate full blood profile, fasting is recommended but not necessary, especially if you are not experiencing symptoms of a metabolic disorder. We recommend a light dinner the night before and no food in the morning. However, it is essential to stay hydrated—water, black coffee, or tea without milk or sugar are permitted. For afternoon appointments, avoid food for at least six hours prior.
Your appointment will begin with a consultation where your family medical history, lifestyle, and health concerns will be discussed. This will be followed by a head-to-toe physical examination, resting ECG, and collection of urine and blood samples for lab analysis. If included, you will be referred to our partner imaging centres for Ultrasounds/CT Scans/MRIs or X Rays.
You will receive a detailed report within seven business days, with many results available within 24-48 hours depending on your package. Results are provided via email, and there is no additional cost for a follow-up consultation with our GP or for the comprehensive written report—these are all included in your package.
