Standard Tests for Oil and Gas Medical

We provide two medicals that have particularly been designed for the oil and gas industry.

Our Standard Medical Assessment consists of the following:

• Comprehensive review of medical, occupational and social history.
• Appropriate clinical examination.
• Audiometry or hearing test.
• Urinalysis
• Visual Acuity or eye test.
• Weight/BMI/height.
• Further investigations such asspirometry, blood tests, ECG.

You should carry your photo id proof and reach our clinic at least 1 hour before the examination.

Oil & Gas Medical with Travel Health Consultation

This medical assessment also includes a consultation for travel health advice and vaccinations.

FAQ's for Oil and Gas medicals:

How much time will the medical take?

The medical will last for almost 90 minutes. We aim to see you on time so that you do not have to wait for longer than expected. Your appointment should begin from the time you book it.

Will I get my certificate on the appointment day?

Yes, if the doctor thinks you are fit, he will give you the certificate on the appointment day.

How long will the certificate be valid for?

The entire certificate will be valid for two years. You may renew your certificate with us by scheduling a prior appointment.

Will I have to carry anything with me at the appointment?

You need to bring proof of your ID and reach our clinic at least 15 minutes before the appointment. If you have any medical issues, don’t forget to bring any information with you as such specialist letters and repeat prescriptions speed up the procedure.

Do I need to conduct extra tests?

When you fix an appointment with the GP, he will usually suggest you to perform some tests whether they are related to the medical or not. After you fix an appointment, inform us so that we can add your name on the booking list.
