We routinely complete visa medicals for China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, South Africa, the Cayman Islands and Bahrain, and our doctors can complete bespoke embassy forms for most other destinations. Our clinicians are registered with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), which supports apostille requirements where needed.

We arrange the chest X-ray with a full radiologist report at our partner imaging centres, all within a few minutes walk of our Harley Street clinic, usually on the same visit. TB screening by Quantiferon blood test is added when imaging alone is not sufficient.
A pre-employment medical confirms fitness to work and sets a health baseline. The Basic tier covers physical examination, blood pressure, pulse and urinalysis. The Standard tier adds visual acuity, audiometry and chest X-ray. The Executive and Elite Executive tiers add resting ECG and a Silver or Gold blood profile (kidney, liver, lipids, glucose, full blood count, ESR, iron, FT4 and TSH) with a fuller physical exam.
Allow 45 to 60 minutes for the clinic appointment. The signed fit-to-work certificate is usually released within 3 to 4 days, with expedited options available for tight start dates.
Yes. Our FCDO-registered doctors complete custom employer forms, deployment paperwork, cruise PEME forms and similar certifications, provided the form is shared in advance so we can scope the assessment correctly.
Yes. We complete PEME certifications accepted by Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Crystal and most other major operators. Pricing starts at £350 and depends on the operator's form, so please email it for an exact quote.
Photo ID (passport preferred), the embassy or employer form, a recent prescription list if relevant, and your usual glasses or contact lenses if your role requires a vision screen. Bring your vaccination card if you have been asked for evidence of immunity.
